At Hanvika Construction Company, due to the nature of construction, civil engineering, and material supply services, our refund policies are strictly governed by the specific terms outlined in the individual contract or agreement signed for each project.
Advance payments made for mobilization of resources, material procurement, or site preparation are generally non-refundable once the mobilization or procurement process has commenced, unless otherwise explicitly stated in your project contract.
If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, including material costs, labor, and administrative fees. Any remaining balance from advances after these deductions may be eligible for a refund, subject to contract terms.
For construction material supply, returns and refunds are subject to inspection and must be requested within a specific timeframe as detailed in the purchase order. Custom-ordered materials are non-refundable.
